Recommended Posts

Bonjour ,

Merci d'avance .

4,17 was just before the release of the LC100. It will not have that option.  4.30 should work, but there does appear to be a local issue.  Go to the Windows Apps list and find Corsair iCUE.  Click on it and select "modify".  Follow the prompts for the repair installation.  This will not erase profiles or settings.

If that is not successful, you may have to clean install.  Sometimes you get into profile conflicts when jumping from older versions to new.  There were some foundational changes to profiles at about that time.  See the directions below, but make sure you export any valuable profiles before uninstalling and deleting the user files.

I am concerned the clean install crashes.  That is not common.  I am going to give you a link to a slightly earlier CUE version.  I don't think 4.30 is the specific problem, but it might be worth a try.

  • 1 month later...

I don't have any suggestions beyond the original clean install.  I've put my LC100 triangles back on my system since then and have not had any issues with CUE 4.30 or 4.31.  The triangles are simply a long LED strip in 9-9-9-9... formation.  It doesn't really require the program to do any out of the ordinary.  I am not sure this is related to the crashing.

However, the program is clearly crashing.  Go to CUE settings and turn on "debug logging".  The next time it crashes, go back to the setting and export the logs.  This is something you can give to Corsair Support so they can chase the source.  Start a support ticket from the link at the bottom of the page.
