Update to Elite Capellix failed, now not recognised

As per title, ICue advised there was an update. Update failed, fans went crazy, on reboot no capellix in ICue

BUMP. Any way to fix this or is going to be an Amazon return for the 3rd time?

This happened to me yesterday with a notification:

After failed update, my LCD screen was not recognized by the software. I attempted several full shutdowns, fully draining the power with no luck.
Only after uninstalling/reinstalling the iCue 4 latest release has my LCD come back. The update notification is back but I will wait to see if anything more comes of this before I go ahead again

FFS. Thanks. Pain in the ass. Someone else did post a successful update but did not know what changes had been made

I have done an update with no issue's but note I do not have the LCD screen - seems too much hassle checking the posts on here - just the regular RGB pump top.

BUMP just happened to me too. The exclaimation point on the cooler looks great and all but c'mon.
