Corsair 7000X Front I/O USB Ports not working

I just finished a build (https://pcpartpicker.com/list/f2sLBj) and the front end ports on the case were all working when I first started. After transferring some files, the USB 3.0 ports on the front end of the case are no longer working. The USB-C, Power, Reset and Audio are all working, its just the 3.0 ports that are not working.

All ports on the MB are working just fine, its just these USB 3.0 ports that seem to have stopped.

Windows is up to date, and I have tried updating drivers within device manager but to no avail. What are my options?
