Hello Guys , just build my new system . I’m having problem with bottom 2 fans . I can’t light  them up . I’m using this scheme . Also just changed rgb hub , ordered new one . I don’t think problem is rgb hub or fan . Fans works perfect with other ports .

I have ; 1 x Commander pro

1x  commander core

1x rgb hub

and also extra lighting node pro but hasn’t attached anything . What could be the problem ?

So the bottom 3 fans are on the RGB Lighting Hub alone?  Typically when you see fan 1 lit and the following fans dark, it's a series circuit issue.  On most Corsair controllers (not Com Core/XT) the lighting is serial.  So if the return path at the end of fan 1 has gone bad or the 1st LED on fan 2 has blown out, the lighting will stop there.  Try swapping the #2 fan RGB into the RGB #1 port.  If fan 2 is bad, it will still be out.  If it lights up, move the original #1 to the other 2 ports and see what happens.  If it is on the end of fan #1, you might be able to work around it but putting it last.

Actually I made a mistake , just let it alone bottom 3 now , bottom 3 is working but top but now top 3 not lightning.

Are the top three fans 4-5-6 on either the RGB Lighting Hub (C-Pro) or the Lighting Node Core?  Both work the same way, so it still appears like there is a bad physical spot in the circuit.

Top 3 going to commander core’s rgb  #4-5-6

but if I switch to 1-2-3 it lights but this time side ones  are not showing . I feel like 4-5-6 doesn’t work .

It is very rarely the RGB hub or controller, but it is possible. The overwhelming majority of the time it’s the fan led or wiring that stops passing the signal. We need to narrow down which fan is causing problems. It stands to reason it will be #3 on the side or #4 up top.

The way to check this is to move #3 to the number #1 spot. If fans 2-3 go out, it’s the problem. If they do not, put it back at #3. Now move #4 to the #1 spot. If 2-3 go out, it is bad. If they do not, we’ll need to get into testing the hub between 3-4.

The Commander Core has independent RGB headers.  It should not shut down fans in sequence because of a fan problem.  Go into CUE -> lighting effects.  Are there 6 fans shown in the interface?  If not, re-run the RGB detection protocol from the settings menu.  See if it changes.  If there are 6 fans shown, make sure your lighting effect is applied to all 6.

If the lighting is properly set up and still does not show, shutdown the PC and flip the PSU off for 30 seconds.  Then back on and boot up normally.   See if the power cycle forces the Commander Core to reset.  If it does not, you need to start a Support Ticket with Corsair from the link below.  It could be hardware and you'll need them for that.
