My VIRTUOSO RGB WIRELESS SE High-Fidelity Gaming Headset — Espresso

I honestly don't know where to put this or where to get help with this so I'm going to put it here in this forums. If its not the correct place to have it, please inform me.

So I own the VIRTUOSO RGB WIRELESS SE High-Fidelity Gaming Headset — Espresso and for quite some time now. they have fallen a few times on the floor due to my cat knocking them over when he jumps from my desk to his cat tree. Due to this the plastic clips that slide into the 3 wholes have broken off on both sides. I honestly didn't think much about this for I honestly just super glued the cushions back onto the headset making sure not to get any super glue into and/or on the speaker system inside and they continued to work just fined. But now after all these days/weeks/months of constant use the fabric holding the cushion is no longer there and the fabric is coming out of the cushions. I wanted to know is there any way possible to purchase new cushions and if yes how and where do I go for this?
