Corsair Employees Corsair Notepad Posted November 21, 2022 Corsair Employees Share Posted November 21, 2022 Are you plugging the mouse directly into the system? Or are you using a USB hub or switch?

Or are you using a USB hub or switch? I've been having the same problem for two days. I have Corsair Elite RGB wired 7.1 Surround headphones and Glaive RGB Pro Aluminum mouse. I just bought my headset and have been using it for a week. What could be the problem? I connect my mouse and headphones directly to the motherboard 2.0 usb port on the back of the case. hardnrocker
@Corsair Notepad When I unplug the headphone cable and plug it back in during the error, it gets fixed. But the next day the error repeats.
Corsair Employees Corsair Notepad Posted January 17 Corsair Employees Share Posted January 17 Try a different USB port on the physical motherboard and make sure your BIOS and chipset drivers are fully updated.

I plugged the mouse into a different USB 2.0 port. I will check my bios and other drivers are up to date.
KingstonMRSE16
My mouse still freezes from time to time, but try Force Updating the mouse in settings. This removed my error and now I can use the full settings of the mouse. The only other things I can think of is to clear some space off of the drive that Icue is on. A full drive always caused random problems in the past for me for other things.
