Or are you using a USB hub or switch? I've been having the same problem for two days. I have Corsair Elite RGB wired 7.1 Surround headphones and Glaive RGB Pro Aluminum mouse. I just bought my headset and have been using it for a week. What could be the problem? I connect my mouse and headphones directly to the motherboard 2.0 usb port on the back of the case. hardnrocker
@Corsair Notepad When I unplug the headphone cable and plug it back in during the error, it gets fixed. But the next day the error repeats.
Corsair Employees Corsair Notepad Posted January 17 Corsair Employees Share Posted January 17 Try a different USB port on the physical motherboard and make sure your BIOS and chipset drivers are fully updated.

I plugged the mouse into a different USB 2.0 port. I will check my bios and other drivers are up to date.
KingstonMRSE16
My mouse still freezes from time to time, but try Force Updating the mouse in settings. This removed my error and now I can use the full settings of the mouse. The only other things I can think of is to clear some space off of the drive that Icue is on. A full drive always caused random problems in the past for me for other things.
PREXcerberus
I have also been experiencing this problem for quite a while now, been like 2-3 months, this is basically a brand new mouse. M65 RGB elite. My old M65 PRO broke granted after a few years of use. so then I bought the Elite, and now, its been a couple months with this problem, it just disconnects, whether its mid-game, searching on opera, doing things on photoshop, making music on FL studio, no matter what, it will just randomly disconnect, and some times its worse than others, it could be once every week, or 15x within 2mins. obvious fix for this, unplug it, plug it back in, should be fixed right?? it works for like 3 seconds and then it does it again, and yes, I have also tried plugging into another port, same problem, yes, I have the latest updates and all the chipset drivers from intel are all installed, Yes, I reinstalled a fresh copy of iCue, Yes I uninstalled from device manager and done a fresh install, Yes I tried force updating my mouse, everything is up to date. ASmedia USB controller is fully updated, Basically, Nothing works. Corsair Composite Virtual Input Device 'is working properly'. I've disabled the "power consumption" options. I'm out of options. I also have a H100i V2 cooler, works fine, never had an issue. only the mouse.

Because the update solutions offered as a solution did not work. The service gave a product replacement report. The service offered another product because the same product was not in stock. Service replaced it free of charge with Corsair Saber RGB Pro Champion Series CH-9303111-EU 18000. No problem now.
