alantannous
iv changed SATAs, usb headers and everything else i could find but nothing seems to work. My cpu is not overheating and still can use pc, but fans are constantly running at 100% and when i force firmware update, it fixes it for about 10-20 seconds and then it goes back to flashing red and running at full speed. c-attack
You need to contact Corsair Support. The full power cycle is about the only thing you can keep working on. Full power down, PSU off, pull the wide connector on the Commander Core. Reconnect, PSU on, power up. That said, this has been an unrecoverable error for some users. It's a holiday week and you are not likely to get a new AIO delivered tomorrow, so one thing you can do to calm this down is move some of the PWM fan wires over to the motherboard. When the AIO does the red (!) you can't access it. As you mentioned, it's not an actual AIO fail even if the software thinks it is. Set the fans to a comfortable level in the BIOS. You can't overheat a water cooled system with low to moderate fan speed unless you deliberately try with constant synthetic testing. alantannous
I’ll give that a try, thank you for the response. Sucks that this is happening and hopefully it isn’t a hassle to get it replaced as it is still practically brand new. The pc is also used for our business and can’t really afford to have it power off for a few days. If I’m able to get a replacement, do you know if they can send one out first and i send mine out after ?
c-attack
They do usually offer that. It’s referred to as an “advance RMA”. Typically you need to ask about it and it may not be available for every item in the catalogue. I expect it to be available for the AIO. That is a clear example of when it is needed.
