compatibility of water block for intel 13th mobo z690 + gpu 4080

I've purchase this product : cx-9010006-ww (coming from a water cooling kit)

and I would like to know if I can use it with a z690 motherboard LGA 1700 and a i9-13900k or do I need another bracket different screw or else thanks

 

+ I'm looking for and gpu water block for my new rtx 4080 gigabyte  any suggestion

You really want the XC7 Pro for this that was designed for the larger 1700 socket and has a higher number of fins. Even if you rigged up some type of conversion bracket, you are likely to run into the uneven contact problem that got a fair amount of press. I am not sure the end results would be overly satisfactory.
