Hi.  I have problems with Corsair Pro mouse, Gamesir device does not detect the side keys.

Try running a repair installation on the cue software. Sometimes corruption there can cause loss of basic button abilities. 
 

Go to Windows Apps list and click on Corsair iCUE. Select “modify” and then follow the prompts for the repair install. This will not erase profiles or settings.
