Static - Void Elite RGB Wireless

Headset has a static noise when listening at low volume.  Tried multiple things including a previous post on this forum which recommended deleting all the drivers, uninstalling icue, reinstalling, trying to get different drivers.  Didn't work.

It's super annoying because I like to listen to things quietly and all I hear is static at times breaking the silence.  This headset is only a few months old.  It is in-game, on youtube, on desktop, etc, so it's not anything else causing it.  Doesn't happen on any other audio sources (speakers, other headphones, monitor output, etc).

I've also plugged in my old Void Pro and this issue is also there, albeit, not nearly as noticeable.
