link51
I'm having an issue where iCue is crashing on startup. No devices are displayed, and it immediately stops responding before crashing. I've gone through the Knowledgebase and done all the standard troubleshooting already. I've uninstalled/rebooted/reinstalled. After that I did a clean uninstall following the directions on the corsair KB, which didn't work. I don't have any software from https://help.corsair.com/hc/en-us/articles/360062501251-What-to-do-if-iCUE-4-crashes-on-startup installed, and the only hardware-based software I have is the AMD chipset software for the CPU. See specs below, I am hoping someone more knowledge than me on iCue can provide some insight on why this is crashing. Software: Windows 11 21H2, build 22000.1219 iCue 4.30.162 Corsair Hardware: 1x Corsair Commander Pro 2x Corsair RGB hubs routed to the Commander Pro's RGB 8x Corsair LL120 fans, 6 go to the Commander Pro, 2 to onboard headers 4x 8GB Vengeance Pro Memory Modules 1x Corsair reservoir/fan combo (Don't remember the model #) 1x Corsair MSI RTX3080 GPU water block

I can provide logs or anything else that is needed to help troubleshoot this as well.
Fankine
Hello, have you been able to fix this ? I have the exact same issue on a brand new PC with a fresh installation. I too have no other hardware software, only icue and it started working fine but after doing all windows update it started crashing on startup and everytime i try to launch it. I need help as it makes it impossible to use the equalizer for my headset. I tried to clean re-install with the procedure linked by corsair employee but it doesn't help. What did it for me was uninstalling everything and reboot. After the reboot I reinstalled iCue 3.38.88. After I installed the older version, I rebooted again and installed 4.X over 3.38 and it seemed to have done the trick. No idea why thats the only thing that worked but it did... Thank you i didn't think to go back to 3.38. 3.38 is working fine and since i'm using it mainly (if not exclusively) for the EQ setup for my headset i won't bother trying going back to 4.X and stay on this version.
