My not even 12 months old Virtuoso RGB starts 5 min into listening with static noise and or loud crackling. Nothing esle can be heard anymore then... When I connect it via USB it starts to connect/disconnect rapidly. So I cant use it anymore. I tried to reinstall iCue, delete reinstall drivers...I even reinstalled Windows 11 from scratch, nothing seems to help. I guess it needs to be RMAd, or is there anything else i can do?
