madJo
Hi icue team, I love the new icue version, it's great that all my nanoleafs and Phillips hue lights are now working with icue. Great job. The new murals are cool too, but they don't work with my Asus monitor. I have a 3 monitor setup the Asus is the first one in the middle, 2 BenQ on the sides which are rotaded 90°. The murals are working on both BenQ, but not on the middle Asus one. All screens are shown in the murals monitor list. Can you help me please? Greetings jo
Corsair Employees Corsair Notepad Posted November 9, 2022 Corsair Employees Share Posted November 9, 2022 What happens if you unplug one of the BenQ monitors?
Promethus
Wanted to chime in I also cannot get my middle monitor to be recognized. I have three monitors and it will recognize my left and right, a Dell and an ASUS respectively. It recognizes my middle monitor and lists it, but the lights do not react to anything on the screen.

Solution madJo Posted November 18, 2022 Author Solution Share Posted November 18, 2022 Update... Unplug a sidemonitor, start a mural on your middlescreen then plug the sidemonitor back in. It helps me out, thanks to @Corsair Marcus Now I can enjoy the light show 🍾
Nikuda
Hello, i have the same problem with my LS100. I have 2x Asus PB278 and 1x Dell AW2721D as main monitor. When iCue starts, the backlight on the main monitor goes off. If i select one of the Asus monitors, the light goes back on. I have testet the solution in this thread and unplug the asus. Then the backlight on the Dell works perfectly and i can plug the Asus monitors back in. But after a pc restart everything starts all over again 😞 What can i do?
