XraySRL
So I just received my i7400 with the RTX 4090. Exciting. When I was removing the internal packing, I noticed a sticker over the cover of the CPU cooler. The sticker said "Remove Sticker" and so I did. Clearly for packing/shipping only. But it left residue on the removable cooler cover (see pic) and *also* on the CPU cooler itself. Not sure who thought this was a good idea, but now what? I don't want the residue melting and dripping down onto the GPU, for example. And, the cooler color looks terrible now.

In the ticket, please do confirm if purchased direct from us, or from a retailer. Be on the lookout in your email!
