Phantomer Posted October 26, 2022 Author Share Posted October 26, 2022 The only working solution left for me is to backup and delete the old binary file, replace the old with the new and unplug and plug, if that doesn't work I'll just refund and mark this as a defected/faulty mouse that got shipped to me. I need the firmware.bin file urgently as I need to use the mouse, it's been 2 days since I raised a ticket and still no reply. My ticket number is (2005647996). Fine, I'll wait, as for going to a store, that won't be possible as there is no support center near my area. Ig I'll just wait, I hope they send me the ticket with the firmware.bin file.
