keyboard Corsair k70 Pro Wireless cant update firmware

Hello, I just bought my new k70 Pro Mini wireless keyboard, I just got the lighting and slipstream wireless working, however, it says their is a firmware update, and when I try to update it, it says I need to plug it in. I have plugged it in but it seems to not do anything and im not sure as to why.

I am plugging it in with a type c cable

why this k70Pro mini Wireless unstable ? wireless always lose connection, and now cant update firmware 5.19.131! pls fix it!

 I am experiencing the same problem, does the tab and caps lock button both flash? because mine does that, on top of that it also refuses to update as well, says it has a fireware update but whenever I do it it say I need to do again, and again, and again and again, I am also using the intended cable they provided, I plan on returning this if the issue is not solved

Nevermind, I managed to fix my own issue, What I did is I held Escape after powering it off and on again and it stopped the firmware loop, tell me if doing this manages to fix your issue

Absolute legend. Not sure what made you think of holding down the escape key to stop the firmware update loop, but this solved the issue my boyfriend was having. Such a simple fix after it was causing him dramas for weeks. Thanks!
