USB passthrough port on K100 keyboard not functionning correctly

Hello,

I cannot use the usb passthrough port on my K100 keyboard as it should do. It seems datas are not transmited, only power is (as i can charge my dark core mouse with it).

I can't use any usb key or even the dark core dongle. Very frustrating.

Windows 11 reports an error 43:  "a request for the usb device descriptor failed" every time I try to plug in a key or device on the usb port of the keyboard. If I plug in the cable to reload my mouse battery, there is no error message and the power comes to the mouse.

Any ideas?
