HS80 no longer take EQ preset or custom and Dolby atmos also no longer change sound.

Hello Community,

I realized that the HS80 are unresponsive to any EQ preset or Dolby atmos, i was listening to music and whan i noticed that the sound was flat. I cycled between the presets and my personal

no effect, I enabled and disabled Dolby and no change. I uninstalled and re-installed iCUE no luck, unistalled audio drivers from the MOBO nothing, any idea or solution?

I am running Windows 11 for 5 months almost.
