denis1276
I have a Corsair Strafe RGB Mechanical Cherry MX keyboard and some times, when windows 11 boot, the caps lock, num lock and scroll lock leds are turned off. When i press the upper keys, work fine but the leds is off. I have the latest icue (does not matter if it is running or not), latest keyboard fw, windows 11 64bit 22H2 with all upds. All the others led in keyboard, based on icue profile, work fine with out problem. The only solution that i have is to unplug the one keyboard cable from motherboard and plug in again and then the upper leds works again. The problem appear randomly (not always) when i logon to the system from the first time. After unplug the cable all works fine. I cant capture what is causing the problem. Does anyone have a solution? Thanks to all.
c-attack
If re-connecting the KB USB plugs resolves the issue, it seems like some type of initialization problem. That could be in the wire or the KB. There's not much you can do about the wire, but you can try working the other end. Try the soft reset below first. If no progress, then force update the firmware. You might also contact Corsair Support through the link at the bottom of the page, but if you are outside of your warranty period then that would be for technical troubleshooting only.
