4090 GPU block being added to cart or not?

I'm new to watercooling and was using the configurator to help me out.

I know the GPU block isn't available the moment but it seems to be adding it to the cart even though it says it won't?

I add the GPU block and it shows me this and I click remove GPU cooling

Then I remove the block and it gives me this confirmation

When I accept the confirmation, it shows me this price

 

Am I missing something?
