Corsair Strafe RGB reverts to hardware lightning and isn't recognized by any device

Hi,

 

My Strafe suddenly stopped working other than the lightning, out of nowhere. I've tried a couple of computers and even game consoles and the keys don't work at all. I can't even get the keyboard to reset since it doesn't recognize any key input. It's still lighting up and the USB  passthrough works but Icue or windows can't see it at all. Not sure what to do at this point.
