Spinksam Posted June 12, 2005 Share Posted June 12, 2005 hey guys, i have had lots of blue screen problems pausing , and game crash's, so i decided to take one stick of ram out of my computer . I have done so and ever since i have had none of the problems i stated above. I have had the RAM for about 1-2 months, i bought it from http://www.ebuyer.com and i would like to no what i have to do, to get another stick of non-faulty ram. Im a n00b so if you guys can give me anyhelp. I would be really gratefull. This is the RAM i have Corsair (VS1GBKIT400C3) 1024MB (2 x 512MB Matched Pair), DDR400 / PC3200, non-ECC, Unbuffered, CL3, Memory Modules With Lifetime Warranty Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted June 13, 2005 Corsair Employees Share Posted June 13, 2005 Please test the modules one at a time with http://www.memtest.org and I would set the Dim Voltage to 2.7 Volts as well. If you do find one failing then lets get it or them replaced. Please follow the link in my signature “I think I have a bad part!” and we will be happy to replace them or it! However; if you get errors with both modules, that would suggest some other problem.
