Muhammet Emin Polat
Hello, I am using the Corsair Virtuoso RGB SE model headset. I'm using the latest version of the Icue program and I usually use my headphones wired. When I use my headphones with a cable, the "Charge Complete" voice notification repeats on at regular bases. I uninstalled and reinstalled the Icue program, even though I reset the operating system, it still gives the same problem. I would be glad if you help. MrWubDub
I'm having the same problem. I bought a brand new pair of xt virtuoso. After a few months of use the battery isn't charging as well and it keeps saying charge complete but it's not. I'll unplug it thinking the charge is completed then is says battery low. Someone please tell me thier is a fix for this I tired soft reseting it. Doesn't work.

Charging is physical and not software controlled. Contact Corsair Support as a means to replacing the headset.
