Case Fans with Commander Pro go to max speed on Lock Screen + Fix (Win 10)

I kept running into an issue where when I'd lock my computer in Windows 10, all the case fans (QL fans connected to Commander Pro) would go to 100%.

It turns out this is was due to fast boot.  Disabling this, restarting my computer fixed the issue.

Lots of things don't like fast boot, and apparently iCue stuff is one of them.

Hope this helps some folks out there.
