Dazlidorne Posted August 2, 2022 Share Posted August 2, 2022 I just bought a Corsair K83 Wireless Keyboard a few weeks ago. It was brand new in the box. Can't figure out how to turn on the backlight for the keys. When clicking the button on the right that controls the light level, the circle around the track pad cycles through 3 levels of light, but the backlights under the keys does not come on. Is there anything I am missing? Can the keyboard be factory reset to solve the problem? It has the latest firmware. One other thing that is probably not related: Can't get a drop down menu in iCue for US version of keyboard. Shows UK, Europe, Belgium, Swiss, German, etc., but no US North America.
