JaxDagger Posted August 2, 2022 Share Posted August 2, 2022 I recently started to have an issue with my USB dongle for my K57 keyboard, so I asked if I could buy another dongle from somewhere, I was told no but I could RMA it only to be told they had none in stock, but that they would accept me returning my keyboard fully for a replacement, I was fine with this whatever helps so I can get back to using my PC but I got the PDF only to find I have to pay the postage for this is this correct? I mean looking around online I could probably just find a second hand dongle or something for the price of tracked postage, just wondering is it correct that we can get reimbursed for the postage?
