Whiterose
I have one of your 512MB Corsair Flash Voyager USB drives and it is now no more been recognised, it comes up as unknown device and the message "One of the USB devices attached to this computer has malfunctioned, and windows does nor recognize it. I notice in your forums a few people have had this problem and have been asked to get an RMA no. from the seller. I have not got any joy from the seller I bought mine from. Would you please be able to supply me with RMA no?. Most importantly are you able to recover the data stored on the drives returned to you? I don't have a backup copy of the data on mine and they are quite import data that I need. Can you please help? Thanks

I have the same problem and I really do have important data that is on the flash drive. Is it possible to recover the data? I also live in Hong Kong, Asia, which isnt close to the US, so shipping may also be a problem. Thank You in Advanced
