Void Elite Wireless randomly keeps switching settings and EQ Presets by itself

Hello, I recently started having this problem where my Void Elite Wireless keeps switching from surround sound to stereo and back constantly. It's been driving me mad every time it happens because it beeps every time it switches around the settings. It also used to switch between EQ Presets but now for some reason stopped. The beeping/switching of settings can happen plugged in and wireless. I also can't tell if it's the iCUE software itself or the headset. Everything is up to date (v4.24.193 for iCUE and v0.08 for the headset). My drivers also seem to be all up to date as far as I can tell.
