iCUE service for interaction with Corsair Access driver - constantly uses 7-10% CPU and caused idol temp for both a 5800x and 5900x to be 40-45C

I was able to solve this issue by turning off the Plugins option in the iCUE software settings. 

This is what my task manager looked like before turning off the plugins option.

Open the iQUE software > Settings > click on the Plugins toggle so it is off. 

It should look like this.

The useage dropped in less than a minute once I turned it off and the idol temp dropped down to a consistant 36C.
