When you installed the new memory kit from us, did you clear the CMOS prior to installing the new kit? Try clearing the CMOS then enabling the overclocking profile in the bios. Do you also have the SKU for the kit that you installed? I am curious to see if the kit is compatible with your motherboards chipset.

CMOS'u temizlemeyi ve ardından bios'ta hız aşırtma profilini etkinleştirmeyi deneyin. Yüklediğiniz kitin SKU'su da var mı? Kitin anakart yonga setinizle uyumlu olup olmadığını merak ediyorum. I don't know exactly what sku is, but I think it has to do with barcode. I think there is SKU bios updated and bios reset Motherboard: Gigabyte b450m s2h Processor: AMD Ryzen 5 2600

Corsair Employees Corsair Raven Posted July 15, 2022 Corsair Employees Share Posted July 15, 2022 Hey again. Near the barcode there should be a part number. For DDR4 Vengeance RGB Pro Kits it should be something like.. CMW32GX4M.. If you can provide that part number for your kit, we can check the chipset compatibility. Corsair Employees Corsair Raven Posted July 15, 2022 Corsair Employees Share Posted July 15, 2022 When you search that part number/sku in a search engine -- you can get a result for the product page on our webstore. Match the SKU to the Part number on your kit: Then when you scroll down, select the Tech Specs and look for the compatibility section: So this kit should be fine with your B450 board. I would clear the CMOS then reseat the 2 modules, then enable the overclocking profile in BIOS. It may be listed as Extreme Memory Profile. Select a profile, apply and save the BIOS settings. Once you are in Windows, check your Task manager, Performance Tab, Memory, and see what speed it's running at. I hope that helps!

I made the voltage 1.4 and it worked as 3200mhz
Chiroptera
For information, I also have a Gigabyte B450M S2H and it refused to boot with 2x16GB of Vengeance LPX rated for 3200MHz. CPUs tried were AMD Ryzen 3 3200G and Ryzen 5 5500. I had no problem with Crucial Ballistix, also rated for 3200MHz, when the XMP profile was selected. After manual experimentation with a RAM voltage of 1.35V, I discovered that the problem was with the value of the cycle time value (Trc) which is set at 57 in the XMP profile within the SPD of the Vengeance part. When I overrode this value to 65, everything was file. All other SPD values worked. I noted that the equivalent value of Trc in the Ballistix part is set at 73 so this did not give a problem. I have also read the AMD Ryzen boards have a default value of 75 for Trc if left at Auto and this is the case for me unless it is overridden by the SPD value.
