Corsair VOID Pro RGB Wireless Mic Auto Adjust

I got an issue that I've found with multiple Corsair VOID Pro RGB Wireless, where I am talking through it in a call and it the microphone will start auto adjusting. The moment it starts doing that, people on the other side of the call will only hear background noise and my voice just gets quiet in comparison. The only way to "keep" the microphone levels at a certain level is just constantly clicking the mic volume level that I want in the iCUE while I speak, which is ridiculous.
Is there a way to stop the microphone from auto adjusting randomly like that?

I've checked the options in the iCUE, but found nothing regarding microphone auto adjust. And also tried third party software, but the quality of the microphone just gets worse.

Hey there, really sorry to hear that, would you be able to try this reset and let me know if this helps with the Mic?

1. Make sure your headset is currently unplugged.
2. Make sure your headset is powered off.
3. Hold the Mute button on the headset down for about 15 seconds.
4. Hold down the power button until the headset turns on.
5. Test your headset and see if the issue is resolved.

Tried these troubleshooting steps, but didn't really fix the issue.
I already contacted support and I am waiting on their response

Are there any other things that I can try?
