Thanks for your help I bought the Corsair K95 RGB Platinum XT Mechanical Gaming Keyboard back in May and everything was working fine. Not issues at all. The past 2 days though, whenever my computer sleeps, i come back to a keyboard that isn't working. I have to unplug it and plug it into a different USB port and then it works again. So i keep switching back and forth throughout the day. Any idea whats happening? c-attack Posted July 7, 2022 Share Posted July 7, 2022 (edited) The CUE software sometimes has trouble waking from sleep. On a normal boot there, is an ordered progression. On wake it all snaps back up from the memory at the same time and other software may try to access the device(s) at the same time. However, this is not a normal issue so usually there is an invisible secondary contributor for your set-up. Other peripheral or RGB software is common, but if you are running it you likely have a reason to do so. If you really need to put your PC into sleep mode vs shutdown, try quitting the CUE software prior to sleep. The re-launch it after wake. What changed 2 days ago?
