Silent wings 4 on Corsair one

That's very easy to do, and that fan would work pretty well with a Corsair One. The Silent Wings fans are typically high static pressure including the one you linked, which is important for the Corsair One. Replacing the fan is super easy, basically it's just removing the top vent, unplugging the fan, remove the four screws, and do everything in reverse.

It should not be an issue. The ‘PWM idiosyncrasies’ that were present in the SW2 line are gone and the SW3 versions all worked on multiple controllers. While I don’t think anyone has tested a SW4 yet, I would expect it to function on any PWM header.
