ICUE not picking up coolor

Not sure what the issue is that I am having.
Everything works in icue except my 100iGTX Cooler
It show show up in Device manager, 

"The drivers for this device are not installed. (Code 28) There are no compatible drivers for this device. To find a driver for this device, click Update Driver."

I try install the device driver it does not find one.

I point it to the Corsair folder and it finds

Corsair hydro series 7289/usb device

Which then changes it to

"Corsair USBXp Driver"

with the message

"Windows cannot load the device driver for this hardware. The driver may be corrupted or missing. (Code 39) An invalid parameter was passed to a service or function."

I can not get it to work at all on windows 11 now.

It was working before. 

To add, I have also do a complete uninstall and removal of ICUE and reinstalled to see if that fixed it, but it did not.
