Nuggz Chungus
I built my PC roughly 8 months ago and have been encountering this issue for the past 6 months or so. I have tried a multitude of different fixes from researching similar issues online but none of them seem to have solved the problem. I am receiving a Pump Failure error notification on the iCue app for my H150i Elite Capellix liquid cooler, however the pump sensor in iCue shows that the pump is in fact running at a consistent speed of roughly 2700 RPMs. When this error occurs the pump and all the fans flash red and the fan speeds all max out causing an incredibly loud sound. When this error occurs the coolant temperature gauge usually disappears from iCue and then sometimes will reappear only to display temperatures of -50 degrees Celsius. So far I have tried re connecting the pump header to the CPU_Fan header on the motherboard to ensure that the connection is correct. I have also tried detaching and reattaching the 20 pin connecter from the AIO pump to the commander core unit, this has also not fixed the issue. I have booted up my PC and gone into the BIOS menu to see if anything jumped out at me regarding the CPU_Fan speeds or power but everything appears to be working as it should. I am not sure what to attempt next, if anyone has any advice or has encountered this issue before please let me know. I would appreciate any tips or assistance greatly. Nuggz Chungus
I purchased my AIO Cooler via amazon so I am not sure of the Part Number being asked for in the ticket creation page. Where can I find this Part Number for the AIO Cooler?
c-attack
It will be on the box and also on a sticker on the radiator somewhere. It should be something like “CW-9060048-WW” but it’s possible there are different # for different global areas.
