sorry for the late response.

The HS70 Wireless is not equipped with Bluetooth, only the HS70 Bluetooth is. The latter can be connected via Bluetooth to your MacBook Pro and iPhone 11. The first should work on your MacBook Pro with a corresponding adapter (USB-C to USB-A) so you can connect the dongle and it may work on your iPhone if you can find and adapter Lighting to USB-A. We can't guarantee that, though.
