No enciende el Hs70 pro

Buenas,

Cuando prendi el auricular olvide conectar el usb y dio un pitido raro el auricular, despues de eso ya no conecto mas al usb y tampoco parece que carga ni responde a nada de lo que le haga.

 

Que hago?(no se como levantar un ticket)

• Hold down the Mute button on the headset for about 15 to 20 seconds.
• Hold down the Power button until the headset turns on.
• Test your headset and see if the issue is resolved.
