MrSuds
I just bought the Corsair iCue 4000X and did a new build in it. I loved the default RGB theme that came with the case, it was by far my favorite. However, once I installed the iCUE software and changed the RGB pattern to try out the different premade ones, I was unable to find a way to get the default RGB theme back that comes with the case originally. The default RGB that comes with the case has a unique breathing pattern to it that none of the ones available on iCUE recreate. I was hoping someone could tell me how to get the default RGB pattern that comes stock with the case back. Thanks for any help. Edit: I've tried uninstalling iCUE completely, even removing registry files. I've unplugged every fan and the iCUE hub. c-attack
There are no secret RGB patterns, but there are differences between the software versions of some RGB effects and the “hardware lighting” version that is displayed when CUE is not active. Those effects are run from the processor on the controller and are not as complex as software lighting. Typically the default effect on most hardware out of the box is a rainbow wave pattern. I am not sure what the breathing like effect would be. The fans will do a “color pulse” in both software and hardware mode, which is CUE speak for a typical breathing effect. However, it would be odd for that to be active prior to cue install. You might also try “Rainbow Channel” to see if that matches.
MrSuds
I appreciate the response c-attack. I attached a link to an 11-second video I posted on Youtube showing the exact RGB pattern I am looking to recreate. I have looked through the presets and nothing seems similar to the original pattern, but maybe you'll have a better idea of what it is than me. Thanks again for taking the time to respond, I really appreciate it.
c-attack
That looks like "rainbow channel" at the fastest speed setting and the "left" directional arrow. Rainbow channel should be in the middle column, 4 rows down in the presets.
