Icue Connect disconnect issue ongoing.

Hello everyone.

I think this post will be my last straw to come to a resolution with Icue.

For the last 6 months ive had a connecting disconnecting issue and without doubt its ICue. everything disconnects and I get no input from anything which you can imagine in a game is stressful and then connects back up. During this process all the LEDs switch off and then go back to colour cycle/profile. This can happen randomly and no pattern. sometimes once a hour and other times few times in a couple of minutes.  I have tried everything except from a NZXT hub.

Im using the latest ICUE software, Bios, AMD chipset, windows 10

Corsair products im using. 

Corsair Commander pro.

H115i RGB PLATINUM 280mm Liquid CPU Cooler

6x 120mm SP 120 elite.

RGB mouse mat MM800

Vengance pro RGB ram 4x8GB

M65 RGB elite

hs70 pro wireless

ST100 RGB

 iCUE LS100 strips

Asus prime pro plugin from corsair to control RGB lights to sync with corsair. 

 

Ive always loved corsair products but its fair to say its becoming a problem and if i cannot sort it I will eventually strip everything out and go for a generic addressable rgb. Any recommendations to stop this issue will be great.

32GB 3200 RAM

X570 MOBO

6700XT GPU

650W CORSAIR 

2X500GB SSD

2X 250GB SSD

1X 1TB SSD

If you haven't already we would recommend that you contact our support team by opening a ticket at https://help.corsair.com so they can look into this further for you.

Hi, 

 

I am not sure exactly which product is causing this to happen. I am not sure how to tell which one is the cause.

I would go ahead then and create the support ticket so our support team can go over the issue and help assist with troubleshooting.
