HS70 PRO WIRELESS - Sound is gone on the right ear

Hey there, sorry to hear that can you try this reset and let me know if this helps?

  1. Make sure your HS70 headset is powered off.
  2. Hold down the Mute button on the headset for about 15 to 20 seconds.
  3. Hold down the Power button until the headset turns on.
  4. Test your headset and see if the issue is resolved.
