Corsair Virtuoso RGB microphone sample rate

Can someone tell me the max supported microphone sample rate, in wireless and wired mode, for this headset?
The reason I ask is that when I went to update iCue it broke my install (missing dll I think it was...) and upon reinstall my microphone was no longer working properly (described as sounding "robotic", with static, etc).

Once I went into the control panel for audio devices and changed the sample rate, it worked same as before, but this means either:
- The latest version of iCue/device driver is specifying the wrong sample rate (?)
or
- I'm not getting the correct max supported sample rate for the device.
