TheCrazyAussie
Exactly as the title says, I can't click on the Device Settings button (it responds to mouse-over, but clicking simply does nothing) to allow me to save my lighting profile to my new K100 keyboard. I have made sure I have the latest iCue and the latest firmware.
TheCrazyAussie
As an update - I managed to finally get it to let me save the profile to the keyboard, but it won't stay active unless I actually quit iCue completely. If iCue is still running, I have to have the window open for the lighting to function the way it was set up. If I close the window, a couple of seconds later, it goes to the default colour cycling. c-attack
The lighting you save to the keyboard only will be active when CUE is not running. This the “hardware state”. When CUE is running you’re in the software state and the active software profile is in control. CUE will preview your hardware lighting on some devices when setting it up, but that is temporary and will switch back when you leave the editing tab. If you’re trying to keep a specific lighting pattern active at all times, it needs to be saved to KB for boot/shutdown times and also set in the “lighting effects” tab of a software profile.
