HS80 - help USB issue (sound loop)

I just bought HS80 headphones. When I try to connect them through the USB cable it starts making a beep (sounds similar as when you turn them on and then off) the lights blink as well.

Basically I can’t use them while being connected.

Anyone can help me?

Can you attempt a reset on the device,

• Make sure your headset is powered off.
• Hold down the power button until you see the lights on the headset flash.
• Wait 15 seconds, and then power on your headset.
• Test your headset and see if the issue is resolved

A few questions,

Are you using a hub/dock? or extender?

Can you make sure to plug the cable directly to the motherboard and see if the issue persist?

Have you tested the headset on a different device? Does the issue continue to the other device?
