Omarinho Posted June 12 Share Posted June 12 Hello, I have a corsair Virtuoso XT, I bought it a couple of months ago. Unfortunately, the Audio starts making crackling sounds recently, when I am using the USB dongle or even the USB cable. turning the headset off and on again turns the sound to normal again but only for a few secons (maybe a minute) then it starts to crackle again. I tried reinstalling ICUE (the latest update was installed), and all the drivers, but that did not work. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Corsair Employees Corsair Elito Posted June 14 Corsair Employees Share Posted June 14 Hi Omarinho, Have you reset the device? To soft reset your headset make sure your mic is plugged in: 1. Make sure your headset is currently unplugged. 2. Make sure your headset is powered on. 3. Hold the Mute button on the headset down for about 15 seconds. 4. Switch the headset to wired mode and then back to wireless mode. Also do you have sleep mode activated in settings? If you disable it, does the issue go away?
