Omarinho Posted June 12, 2022 Share Posted June 12, 2022 Hello, I have a corsair Virtuoso XT, I bought it a couple of months ago. Unfortunately, the Audio starts making crackling sounds recently, when I am using the USB dongle or even the USB cable. turning the headset off and on again turns the sound to normal again but only for a few secons (maybe a minute) then it starts to crackle again. I tried reinstalling ICUE (the latest update was installed), and all the drivers, but that did not work. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

To soft reset your headset make sure your mic is plugged in: 1. Make sure your headset is currently unplugged. 2. Make sure your headset is powered on. 3. Hold the Mute button on the headset down for about 15 seconds. 4. Switch the headset to wired mode and then back to wireless mode. Also do you have sleep mode activated in settings? Uniform300 Posted January 9 Share Posted January 9 I have the same issue and submitted a ticket 8 months ago that ended in me getting a replacement but it started doing it again a few months ago I posted a more detailled in the comments of another forum before I found this one and now it is affecting my mic too Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
