rmlordy Posted June 11 Share Posted June 11 Happening on PC and Laptop so no driver issues. All of a sudden the mic is not taking any sound. Product only purchased in December. Does it function? If it does, it's likely an issue with the headset or your settings? Make sure the device is set to default make sure the mic isn't muted Make certain that the device isn't disabled in the windows settings.
