Hi,

I installed the new version but I only see that commander pro is working, but not ram memory. In other versions I could choose colors to ram memory as well.

Solutions?

Tks.

Hi @harpsi,

please provide further information. Which memory is being used and what iCue-version is installed? Please also provide screenshots of iCue with the detected devices as well as your CPU model, mainboard model and BIOS version.

Thank you!

So, now I have it but it has a triangle saying: iCUE stopped receiving DRAM data. Restart system energy cycle to correct the problem.

Solutions?

@harpsi Please create a ticket via https://help.corsair.com/hc/en-us/articles/4418659064077-What-do-these-error-icons-on-my-iCUE-ELITE-CPU-Cooler-LCD-Display-mean- and provide the information mentioned in my last message via ticket. We can then take a closer look at the issue.

Thanks.

For now it seems I solved it with the tip that asks for substitution of corsair.service
