Virtuoso Hardware Lighting Profile

I have a Virtuoso headset. I like quite a lot with two exceptions. One is that there is no hardware lighting profile. This is very annoying as when you charge the headset with the system off the headset blares WHITE all over my room. This can make it quite hard to sleep. I would like to be able to set this color. Or at the very least it needs to be made black.

The other issue I have with the Virtuoso headset is the non replaceable battery. But I digress.

I simply turn the volume down on mine and or just mute it and flip the switch from wireless to USB. I guess disable RGB on mine as well. I have no need for it while wearing it as I cannot see it. Much less while it is charging. My dogs might like it on my head flashing. I will have to ask them.

Hardware profiles would have been great. But my mouse pad doesn't have it, my light bars as well as these headphones. Sometimes the simple things are overlooked or perhaps it cost a little more to add it. All we can hope for is the next model might have it.

I wished these had the DOLBY on them. But if I want that I now have to buy a higher priced model to get that feature. I am digressing with you.

Unfortunately our headsets do not have any onboard memory storage to save a hardware lighting profile to.

I don't see the relevance to what I'm saying. I am just talking about while the headset is charging with the system fully off.

You can just use Dolby Atmos Via the Dolby access app... I do this all the time. I think it is paid but is like $5? and is linked to your MS account and works on Xbox as well.

I am fully aware. But what I propose is that the fall back should be black not white in firmware. There is already the charging light when its plugged in so why does the RGB need to be blaring WHITE???

It is 100% fine I figured that would be your answer. I am not throwing more money towards something else that it should have came with. All of the models are the exact same thing. Speaker-wise they are all 100% the same. Except  The XT has Bluetooth and Dolby. This is just you being subjective to something that you want. Same as me about the DOLBY. I would just return them and get something else. That would be the simply fix for you.

There is a slider in the settings to disable voice prompts was my point. Good luck and hope you finds a solution to your issues.

Wow what an unfortunate answer. I always loved Corsair but this is such a missed thing that should've been part of it. Every time I lock my windows screen I get non matching LEDs instead of it matching my setup. For real I expected more and I say this as Corsair fanboy ha.
