spucat
In 2002, I sent back to your C.A facility, 2 modules of CM64SD256-2700X2H XMS memory, which were tested and then returned. I believe 1 had been replaced. Both have worked fine until last week. One of the modules has quit. I've tested both modules, one at a time, in the same socket, on the same motherboard. One tests perfectly and memtest reports no errors. The other won't allow the machine to boot. Just 3 beeps, indicating no memory. If both are installed, the machine will boot, but shows only 256mb of ram rather then 512mb. I need an RMA to return the bad module and get it replaced. If this helps, the previous RMA was R24622. The invoice number was 264218 and the date was 9/18/2002. Thanks, Gerald B.
