Injen
Hello. Been running with my K100 for a year or so without any problems. Yesterday i got a notice that there where a new firmware out and i needed to update which i did. Now my G keys binding has stopped working. I use G4->cut, G5->copy, G6->paste and it worked before the update. Tried with a macro aswell, but that did not help. What i've tried so far. Deleted all my bindings and made new once. Reinstalled Icue Tried both with Key assignments and Hardware key assignments.
Corsair Employees Corsair Blade Posted June 2 Corsair Employees Share Posted June 2 If a clean reinstall of iCUE does not resolve the issue, try repairing iCUE. Before repairing iCUE, delete the “Corsair composite virtual input device” driver. Open Device Manager. Select Human Interface Devices. Right-click Corsair composite virtual input device and select Uninstall device. Tick the Delete the driver software for this device checkbox, and then click Uninstall. Rerun the installation file for iCUE and select Repair.i (iCUE3) (iCUE4) Follow the instructions for repairing iCUE. Reboot your PC.
Injen
Sorry for the late answer, but since Corsair gave me nothing i had to solve it myself. Yes i tried everything untill i got tired of this crap. 1. Delete your save slot called Default. 2. Just to be sure, make a new profile and set it as default, delete the old one. 3. Uninstall Icue with Revo Uninstaller (or something similar) Yes, all of those reg. posts need to get wiped from earth and all those left behind files! (this is the most important step!!!) 4. Reboot your computer. 5. Make a fresh install of Icue. 6. Pray to god that Corsair newer ever again release a new update that give you tons of crap that you don't want or need (yes system monitor, i'm talking to you So whit this keyboard as my first Corsair product leaves me only confused. Love the hardware, but the software are made by a 10 year old kid from a sofa in a basement. Cheers
