Dr. Jimmy Rustles
Hey Everyone. New Build. Cannot get the front panel audio to work on my Corsair 4000x case. Running Windows 11. Motherboard is a Asus TUF Gaming X570-Plus (WI-FI) The AAFP is connected so that should be good. Also, thoughts on getting a usb2 to usb 3 header converter for the one USB 3.0 port on the front of the case so I can use a USB 3 to USB Type - E adapter for that USB-C on the front of the case. Corsair Employees Corsair Notepad Posted May 27, 2022 Corsair Employees Share Posted May 27, 2022 Double check that you have the front panel audio connector connected to the correct header on your motherboard.
Dr. Jimmy Rustles
Hello, I have done that with the AAFP header as well as made sure to download the correct drivers from ASUS, no dice. 😞
Corsair Employees Corsair Notepad Posted May 27, 2022 Corsair Employees Share Posted May 27, 2022 Are you also making sure to set the default audio device in the Windows audio settings to the correct audio device? Have you tried reaching out to Asus for assistance with their board to make sure its not a configuration issue or issue with the board itself?
